Items we happily collect

Furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, clothing, kitchenware, exercise equipment, scrap metal, and many household goods are accepted for free collection. If you are unsure about an item, list it when you book and we will confirm before arrival.

Items we cannot take

For safety and regulatory reasons we do not collect weapons, gas cylinders, alcohol, landscaping waste, standalone broken glass, or general household trash. Extremely damaged furniture may also be declined. Checking the list in advance helps keep your pickup smooth.

Prep tips before collection day

Group items near an accessible exit, note parking or elevator details, and separate anything that should not be collected. A clear list speeds up loading and helps our team route goods for reuse or recycling.
