1. Our services

We provide free junk removal and collection services for accepted residential, commercial, and hospitality items across the UAE, subject to availability, route planning, and our acceptance guidelines.

2. Free collection eligibility

Free collection applies to eligible items only. We may decline items that are unsafe, prohibited, or outside our guidelines (for example weapons, gas cylinders, alcohol, landscaping waste, standalone broken glass, or general household trash). Extremely damaged furniture may also be declined.

3. Bookings and access

  • You must provide accurate contact details, address, and item information when booking.
  • Someone must grant safe access at the scheduled time, or arrange access through building management where agreed.
  • Same-day service depends on schedule and location and is not guaranteed for every request.
  • We may reschedule if weather, access issues, or operational limits prevent a safe collection.

4. Customer responsibilities

You confirm that you own the items or have authority to release them for removal. Please disconnect appliances safely where required, clear access paths, and note parking or building restrictions in advance.

5. Item handling after collection

Collected items may be reused, donated, recycled, or disposed of responsibly according to condition and local requirements. Ownership of accepted items transfers to us upon collection.

6. Website use

Content on this website is for general information about our services. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all content is always complete or up to date. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. We take reasonable care during collections but are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or access limitations outside our control.
